Technical maintenance for live stores

Not support. Not design updates. We handle the technical health of your store every month: speed monitoring, app bloat removal, and Core Web Vitals regression checks. We catch speed debt before it costs you sales.

What you get

  • Monthly speed audit — mobile and desktop
  • App stack audit, and removal of what is only costing you
  • Core Web Vitals monitoring, with alerts when something regresses
  • Security and Shopify compatibility checks
  • An emergency fix if your score drops sharply
  • Quarterly conversion health check — funnel drop-off, event tracking accuracy, checkout friction
  • Prioritized recommendations for the layout and flow changes that move conversion
  • A quarterly report on performance and conversion

What it is not

  • New feature builds — that is a project
  • Design or content changes
  • Marketing integrations or pixel setup
  • Full redesigns or theme rebuilds
  • 24/7 support — we work business hours, CET

Anything on the right is still work we do. It is scoped as a project, at a fixed price.

SEK 4,995per month
  • No contract — cancel anytime
  • Invoiced monthly
  • Swedish VAT applies

Month one is the audit and the heavy fixes. Month two onward is monitoring and prevention — which is the part that keeps the score you paid for.

Before you subscribe

Then it is a project, and we scope it as one at a fixed price. Being on the subscription makes that scoping faster and usually cheaper: we already have months of measurements on your store, so we are quoting from evidence instead of guessing at what we will find.

Month one is the audit and the heavy fixes — that is where the visible jump happens. From month two the work turns into monitoring and prevention, which is less dramatic and is the part that keeps the score you just paid for. A store that gets optimized once and left alone is slow again within a year.

A sharp drop in performance or something breaking outright — a theme update that regresses Core Web Vitals, an app that starts blocking the main thread, a checkout that stops converting. We work business hours, CET, and we start the same day. It is not a 24/7 on-call service, and we would rather say so than let you find out at 3am.

Because it is a different job with a different shape. Technical maintenance is measurable and repeatable, which is what makes a flat monthly price honest. Design and content changes vary enormously in size, so they are quoted as projects — the recommendations we send each quarter are exactly the input for that.

Yes. The work is the same anywhere, and we optimize for wherever your customers actually are. What is Swedish about it is the local knowledge: Klarna and Swish checkout behaviour, PostNord and Budbee tracking scripts, and the Swedish market benchmarks we measure against.

A monthly invoice in SEK, with Swedish VAT where it applies, and F-skatt available. There is no contract and no notice period — cancel whenever, and the month you have paid for is the month you get. We would rather keep the work worth paying for than lock it in.

No, and this is a common arrangement. We work alongside in-house teams and other agencies on the technical health specifically, and everything we change comes with a written handoff so your developer is never guessing at what moved. If we find something outside our scope, we tell your team rather than quietly touching it.

Each month you get the numbers: scores, Core Web Vitals, what changed and what we did about it. Each quarter you get a longer read that adds conversion — funnel drop-off, event tracking accuracy, checkout friction — with a prioritized list of what to fix next. Plain figures and plain language, not a dashboard nobody opens.
